Would you like to attend a regular meditation group? Learn to dive deeper into the practice and art of meditation? This NEW 4 week course may just be for you.
90 minute class incorporating group guided meditation, sharing of inspiration, topical discussions, laying relaxation and closes with healing tea blends and home made treats. This Meditation course is open to everyone and no experience is necessary.
You will learn and practice different ancient Indian meditation techniques taught to me while I travelled in the famous himalayan mountains in north India.
Our group will be held every week at our studio in Laindon.
You can sit on the floor, using cushions, or against a wall or on a chair. Everybody welcome, no experience necessary.
There are limited places available. The 4 week course costs £35 with free weekly meditation handouts.
