Here at Free Soul Yoga we understand that life is changeable and requires flexibility (mind the pun) as well as opportunity . With this in mind we offer some wonderful yoga memberships to ensure that you get the perfect balance between not to little and not to much. Every month can be different with the fun task of juggling your life's schedule and holidays and family/friend engagements. Below are the best memberships that offer both flexibility and opportunity. 

Terms & conditions: Pre booking is essential with a 48 hour class cancellation policy on all memberships, classes will be chargeable if classes are booked with no attendance. Unused classes cannot be transferred or used at a later date.

 

The Abundance yogi membership 

6 month membership contracted £49.99 (£2.49p per class)

  • Unlimited yoga classes
  • 20% off all therapies during your 6 months
  • 10% off of all products including yoga equipment, Aromaworks skin care etc.

The Flexible yogi membership

30 day membership £59.99 (£3.99p per class)

  • You can attend UP TO 15 yoga classes per 30 days
  • 10% off of all therapies during your 30 days
  • 30 days begin from the date of your first class.

The Core yogi membership

30 day membership £39.99 (£6.66p per class)

  • You can attend up to 6 classes per 30 days
  • 30 days begin from the date of your first class.

Reasons to take private yoga lessons: 1. New to yoga New students often feel overwhelmed in a group class, and can benefit immensely from receiving an instructor’s complete attention. Working one to one will help you develop a clear understanding of the yoga poses and breathing techniques,  rather than getting lost when the speed of a group class is too much. 2. Increase strength, and flexibility Ro will select poses which are appropriate to your needs and experience, so that you develop a safe, intelligent and nourishing practice. The private tuition helps curb our natural tendency to push towards reaching the full expression of a pose, when this may not yet be appropriate, and may put you at risk of injury, or discomfort.  Working 1:1 Ro will be right beside you, helping you to balance your ambitions with your experience and abilities, offering assistance and gentle guidance as your skills develop. 3. Busy schedules One to one  yoga classes conveniently fit your schedule. Many people are just too busy to get in the car or on public transport and then practice yoga for an hour (or more) at the studio, then travel back home again … that leaves you anything but relaxed. Ro can schedule your sessions at a time that is convenient for you and design a class specifically for you. 4. Your needs come first Private yoga classes are customised to fit your specific needs, focusing on therapeutic benefits for injuries, restorative benefits for stress or emotional situations, and helping you work towards specific goals. Many of us tend to hold some tension and stress in the shoulders and neck, or even experience RSI (repetitive strain injury) from working on computers. If you would like to relieve tension, create greater mobility, strength, and health in your shoulders and neck, this workshop is for you. In this workshop, our practice will focus on our shoulders, one of the most important and vulnerable joints in our body. We will explore their anatomy and natural movement, as well as address any issues that we might experience around the shoulder joint as well as the neck. We will work to release tension, to create space and mobility, as well as stabilising and strengthening the shoulder joint. Whether you experience regular tension in your shoulder and neck, or you would just like to increase the range of movement and health of your shoulders, this workshop will be a great opportunity to learn how to move your shoulders in a way that increases their strength and integrity, as well as release tension around this important joint.
